DBC Training’s Annual Apprenticeship Awards 2024
Our celebrations for National Apprenticeship Week 2024 were rounded off with the outstanding achievements of our apprentices and employers recognised through DBC’s annual Apprenticeship Awards.
Each year our Apprenticeship Awards shine a spotlight on the remarkable individuals that show excellence in apprenticeship training, as well as employers who are ambassadors for apprenticeships in their organisations, and those who provide unparalleled support and mentorship to apprentices.
We were delighted to be joined by international football player and former apprentice Will Grigg, who hosted an open Q&A on the transformative impact of apprenticeships and applying this year’s theme ‘Skills for Life’ to his own career. We were also joined by our partner DHL who gave a talk about the success of their apprenticeship programme.

– Customer Service Apprentice of the Year: Kim Tilley – Citizens Advice
