The role of the Onboarding Officer is to complete the enrolment and onboarding of identified learners on to suitable apprenticeship and other funded provisions, ensuring that both the learner and the employer fully understand the benefits and commitment of the apprenticeship/funded provision. You will be responsible for ensuring all points of the enrolment and onboarding process runs smoothly and in a timely, compliant manner.

Acting as a workplace mentor and specialist coach. Helping to develop and shape sustainable managers for the future through a robust and innovative training and development programme, moulded to suit employer requirements. Delivering apprenticeship standards in Warehousing and Logistics for prestigious Levy and Non-Levy employers Nationally.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with predominantly small, medium and large levy organisations, selling our portfolio of 16 apprenticeship programmes, to support our long term growth.
