CSCS Employability Tutor
To plan, prepare and teach CSCS units and level 1 and 2 employability programmes to a variety of learners aged 16+.
Employment and Skills Coach
To provide high quality employment support and tailored training to all learners accessing the DBC training centre. Creating new delivery modules and courses to meet the local needs of employers and learners.
Apprenticeship Enrolment Officer
The role of the Enrolment Officer is to complete the enrolment of identified learners on to suitable apprenticeship programmes, ensuring that both the learner and the employer fully understand the benefits and commitment of the apprenticeship.
Learner Engagement Officer
To identify potential learners through proactive community and stakeholder engagement, promoting DBC and the services delivered to engage individuals to enrol onto the programmes.
Performance Manager
Provide leadership and a culture that delivers outstanding results through continual improvement with clear, deliverable and accountable plans through performance management activity across the three centre’s and staff.
Development Coach – Coaching and Management
Acting as a workplace mentor and specialist coach. Helping to develop and shape sustainable managers for the future through a robust and innovative training and development programme, moulded to suit employer requirements. Delivering apprenticeship standards in coaching, leadership and management for prestigious Levy and Non-Levy employers Nationally.
Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with predominantly small, medium and large levy organisations, selling our portfolio of 16 apprenticeship programmes, to support our long term growth. In this key position you will work closely with the rest of the Business Development Team, Recruiters and Enrolment Officers as well as our marketing and operations/delivery teams.
Development Coach – Recruitment/Sales
Acting as a workplace mentor and specialist coach. Helping to develop and shape recruiters and sales executives through a robust and innovative training and development programme, moulded to suit employer requirements. Delivering apprenticeship standards, particularly the Recruitment Resource, Recruitment Consultant and Sales Executive standards for DBC’s national portfolio of clients.
