The role of the Onboarding Officer is to complete the enrolment and onboarding of identified learners on to suitable apprenticeship and other funded provisions, ensuring that both the learner and the employer fully understand the benefits and commitment of the apprenticeship/funded provision.

The Business Development Manager will lead on engaging small and micro employers to create high-quality apprenticeship opportunities for young people aged 16–24.
