The role of the Onboarding Officer is to complete the enrolment and onboarding of identified learners on to suitable apprenticeship and other funded provisions, ensuring that both the learner and the employer fully understand the benefits and commitment of the apprenticeship/funded provision.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with predominantly small, medium and large levy organisations, selling our portfolio of 16 apprenticeship programmes, to support our long term growth.
