About this role
To identify potential learners through proactive community and stakeholder engagement, promoting DBC and the services delivered to engage individuals to enrol onto the programmes.

Role and responsibilities
- Creation of learner referrals network to include all local stakeholders
- Promotion of DBC services to all relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain learner and stakeholder databases
- Maintain regular contact with learners and local stakeholders
- Achieve weekly start targets as per delivery profiles
- Support learners to secure work experience placements and manage customer attendance on work placements.
- Attendance at all relevant networking meetings
- Accurate completion of recruitment paper work as the initial part of the funding administration process
- Liaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progress
- Registering new learners, managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system
- Development/maintenance of relationship with employers to ensure learner progress
- Any other duties as required by the SMT and line manager
- At all times to accept and understand and your personal responsibility and comply with your duty for the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of all learners with whom you come into contact.
- Adhering to the company’s safeguarding policies and reporting procedures at all times, including the timely completion of all safeguarding related training relevant to your role
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of AEB/Multiply contracted provision
- IAG Level 3 qualification (desirable)
- Safeguarding Level 2 training (desirable)
- Expert communicator both written and verbally
- Passionate about people
- Sensitive to the needs of learners, young people and vulnerable members of society
- Ability to travel around East Midlands
- Professional demeanour to represent our client and the national programme in the best light
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Resilient and able to seek new business opportunities
- Organised and punctual
- Able to work as an integral team member
- Able to deliver work at a high standard
