What do you enjoy the most about your job role?

As I initially started as a Recruitment Apprentices myself over 10 years ago, I really appreciate the value of Apprenticeships as a whole. Having the opportunity to support learners at different stages in their career, and working with them to progress is extremely rewarding.

What do you enjoy about working for DBC Training?
The team at DBC Training are amazing! They have gone above and beyond to welcome and support me during my induction.

Interests & hobbies outside of work?
I have a 4 year old boy and a 2 year old girl, who keep me and my partner busy – we spend a lot of time with family, walking and mountain biking up Cannock Chase and we are currently wedding planning for next month!
