Overview

This apprenticeship unit is designed for individuals in leadership positions who are responsible for overseeing AI implementation and organisational transformation. It is particularly relevant for senior leaders, managers, transformation professionals, project leaders, and decision-makers responsible for ensuring AI solutions are integrated effectively into organisational processes and ways of working. Upon completion, learners will have the skills and confidence to lead AI-enabled transformation, manage organisational and workforce impacts, ensure compliance, and establish effective monitoring and assurance processes that support successful long-term AI adoption.

Apply project and change management principles to support AI delivery, scaling, and transformation

This apprenticeship unit is for individuals in leadership roles responsible for setting direction and who have oversight of AI use, who, with the support of their employer, need upskilling in the safe and effective delivery of AI-enabled organisational transformation. It is suited to those overseeing implementation of AI and ensuring that AI solutions are integrated effectively into organisational processes and ways of working.

The course can be delivered in a range of formats, from a 12-week programme with one morning session per week, through to an intensive four-day delivery model for organisations seeking rapid capability development. Training can be delivered remotely or face-to-face, providing flexibility for individuals, teams, and organisations regardless of location.

There are no formal requirements for this course, however this course is aimed at employees in leadership positions or aiming to develop into these positions.

This course is delivered remotely by our expert Development Coach, who has years of experience in AI and Data.

Unlike traditional apprenticeships, there is no End-Point Assessment necessary to complete the course.

There is no cost for employers to enrol on this course. This course is fully-funded for all levy and non-levy organisations.
